83rd Annual General Meeting and Training Seminar

Registration fees include Friday evening social, Saturday breakfast buffet, coffee breaks, lunch, training workshops, President’s Dinner and Awards, Sunday’s breakfast buffet. In addition, the registration fee covers the cost of the meeting room rentals, audio-visual equipment and other expenses related to the AGM. All registration fees include taxes and gratuities.
SPOUSES and GUESTS not attending the meetings/workshops on Saturday or Sunday may choose to purchase one or all the meals as per the registration form. PLEASE NOTE: Children under 18 are prohibited from attending this event.
OFFICERS are welcomed and encouraged to attend the AGM as observers only. Please check with hotel for military/government rates. It is suggested the SSC consider supporting the attendance of one Officer (with the exception of travel expenses), usually the Commanding Officer, but this is not mandatory.
REGISTRATION & FRIDAY EVENING SOCIAL will be held in the Mt. Baker room starting at 7:00 pm for all registered attendees, including spouses and guests (Dress: Casual) – light snacks only as no meal will be provided. A cash bar will be available.
PLEASE NOTE: Saturday morning pick up of registration packages is between 7:30 and 8:00 am in the foyer outside Pinnacle 2.
TRAINING WORKSHOPS: Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and will focus on training for SSCs and League Members. Officers are asked to attend training workshops with their SSC partners to learn about the League’s business.
PRESIDENT’S DINNER: Saturday evening: The President’s Dinner and Awards will begin with cocktails at 5:45 pm in Pinnacle 2. Dinner at 7:00 pm (Dress: Semi formal, Formal, or Business attire; NO Jeans, T-shirts or flip-flops).
ACLC/BCPC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: Sunday: 8:30 am – 12:00 noon. One Director from each SSC must be in attendance. Officers are invited and encouraged to attend the BCPC Annual General Meeting (Dress: Business casual).
SPECIFIC FOOD REQUIREMENTS: If you have food allergies/specific medical food requirements, please complete the relevant section of the online registration form when submitting your registration. The BCPC is not responsible for those who have not provided specific food requirements at the time of registration.
ROOM RESERVATION is the responsibility of the individual attending. A block of rooms will be held for the Air Cadet League, BC Provincial Committee event until 17th September 2024.
