79th Annual General Meeting and Training Seminar

Once you’re submitted the form, mail a cheque (payable to: Air Cadet League of Canada, British Columbia Provincial Committee) to the BCPC Office. If you’d like to pay for the event using your Visa or MasterCard, please phone the BCPC office.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION is $145 per person for the Training workshops and AGM plus the Friday Evening Social, Saturday breakfast buffet, coffee breaks with goodies, lunch, the President’s Dinner and Awards and Sunday’s breakfast buffet. In addition, the registration fee covers the cost of the meeting room rentals and Audio-Visual equipment and other expenses related to the AGM. DEADLINE for Early Bird Registration is September 20, 2020.
NOTE: To ensure Early Bird Registrations for the SSC members, a group registration can be submitted with or without member’s names attached. (Example: The SSC from XXX Sqn will be sending 3 members with a payment of $145 x 3. Names must be provided no later than one week after registration.)
LATE REGISTRATION is $165 per person. Any registrations received after September 25, 2020 will be considered as late and the fee will be $165.

SPOUSES and GUESTS not attending the meetings/workshops on Saturday or Sunday may choose to purchase one or all the meals as per the registration form. PLEASE note Children under 18 are prohibited from attending this event.
OFFICERS are welcomed and encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting as observers only. Please check with hotel for military/government rates. It is suggested that the SSC consider supporting the attendance of one officer, usually the Commanding Officer, but this is not mandatory.
REGISTRATION & FRIDAY EVENING SOCIAL will be held in the Ballroom starting at 7:00 pm for all registered attendees, including spouses and guests. (Dress; Casual) light snacks only as no meal will be provided. A cash bar will be available.
PLEASE NOTE: Saturday morning pick up of pre-registration packages is between 7:30 and 8:00 am in the foyer outside the Ballroom.
TRAINING WORKSHOPS: Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and will focus on training for SSC’s and League Member. (This is a full day of training). Officer’s meeting/training seminar may also be planned. This is still to be confirmed. Officers are asked to attend training workshops with their SSC partners to learn about the League’s business.
PRESIDENT’S DINNER: Saturday evening: The President’s Dinner and Awards will begin with cocktails at 6:00 pm in Ballroom. Dinner at 7:00 pm. (Dress: Semi formal, Formal, Business attire or uniform, NO Jeans or T-shirts please).
ACLC/BCPC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: Sunday: 8:30 am – 12:00 noon Officers are invited and encouraged to attend all training workshops and the BCPC Annual General Meeting. (Dress: Business casual / uniform). Open to everyone.
FOOD ALLERGIES: If you have special food requirements, please complete the relevant section of the online registration form when submitting your registration. The BCPC is not responsible for those who have not provided specific food requirements at the time of registration.
ROOM RESERVATION is the responsibility of the individual attending. A block of rooms will be held for the Air Cadet League, BC Provincial Committee event until 20 September 2020.
